TERMS AND CONDITIONS FOR THE GIVEAWAY

I. General provisions

1. These terms and conditions govern the order, terms and manner of conducting the promotional giveaway "WIN AN iPHONE 17 WITH MI AMANTE" (hereinafter referred to as the "Giveaway") and the relationship between the Organizer and the participants in the Giveaway.
2. The Organizer of the Giveaway is "MI AMANTE" Ltd., UIC 204519279, with registered office and management address: Sofia 1408, Lozenets district, "St. Hosius of Cordoba" Str., "Yuzhen Park" Residential Group, bl. 113, office apt. 2.
3. The Giveaway is conducted with the aim of promoting the Mi Amante Professional brand and encouraging customer loyalty.
4. These Terms and Conditions are available on the Organizer's website throughout the entire period of the Giveaway and until the final settlement of all matters related to it.
5. Participation in the Giveaway implies unconditional acceptance of these Terms and Conditions. For all matters not covered by them, the provisions of the applicable Bulgarian legislation shall apply.

The Giveaway does not constitute a gambling game within the meaning of the Gambling Act, since participation in it is not tied to the payment of an additional fee, and the prize is determined by a random draw.

II. Period and place of conduct

6. The Giveaway is conducted on the territory of the Republic of Bulgaria in the period from 01.11.2025 to 09.11.2025 (inclusive).
7. The winner will be drawn **on 14.11.2025** by lot among all participants who have met the conditions under item 8.

III. Conditions for participation

8. Participation is possible for any natural person who has reached the age of 18 and who, at the time of participation:

* has placed an order in the Mi Amante Professional online store during the period 07.11.2025 - 09.11.2025,
* has used a promotional code sent by email or phone after registration,
* has filled in a valid email address and phone number via the entry form,
* has followed the Instagram profile [@miamanteprofessional](https://www.instagram.com/miamanteprofessional/) as of the date of the draw (14.11.2025).
9. Each participant who has met all the conditions receives a one-time right to participate.
10. Participation requires a completed order.

IV. Prize and draw

11. The prize is one iPhone 17 (new, factory-sealed).
12. The winner is drawn at random among the eligible participants.
13. The name of the winner will be announced on the official Instagram profile of Mi Amante Professional and notified by email/phone within 3 working days.
14. In order to receive the prize, the winner must confirm acceptance of it and provide delivery details within 7 calendar days of the notification. In case of non-compliance, the Organizer has the right to draw a new winner. The draw is carried out by means of an electronic random number generator.
15. The prize is sent by courier within the territory of Bulgaria at the Organizer's expense. It is not subject to a cash equivalent.

V. Data, consent and communication

16. By participating, the participant consents to the processing of personal data (email and phone) for the purposes of: registration, conducting the Giveaway and receiving promotional messages from Mi Amante Professional.
17. The participant may at any time opt out of receiving promotional messages via the unsubscribe link or by email to **[office@miamantehair.com](mailto:office@miamantehair.com)**.
18. Personal data is processed in accordance with Regulation (EU) 2016/679 (GDPR) and the Personal Data Protection Act.

VI. Restrictions

19. Employees, partners or representatives of the Organizer and their close relatives in a direct line up to the second degree may not participate in the Giveaway.
20. The Organizer has the right to disqualify a participant in case of suspicion of abuse, inaccurate data or violation of the rules.

VII. Responsibilities

21. The Organizer is not responsible for technical errors, undelivered emails, lack of internet access or other cases beyond its control.
22. The Organizer does not owe compensation or replacement of the prize in case of refusal on the part of the winner.

VIII. Changes and termination

23. The Organizer reserves the right to change these Terms and Conditions; the changes take effect from the moment of publication on the website.
24. The Organizer may terminate the Giveaway in case of force majeure circumstances without owing any compensation.

IX. Additional provisions

25. These Terms and Conditions were adopted on 31.10.2025, and take effect from the date of their publication.
26. For matters not covered by them, the legislation of the Republic of Bulgaria applies.
