REFUND POLICY
If you are not satisfied with the product you have purchased, you can return it within 14 days of receiving it. The way to do this is to send an email to office@miamantehair.com with your order number and a description of why you are returning the product. Within 3 working days, our team will contact you to clarify the terms and details of the return and the refund of the amount you paid. *Amounts are refunded only by bank transfer to a bank account specified by you and after a receipt has been provided.
PRICES AND CONDITIONS FOR DELIVERY, CANCELLATION AND RETURN OF PRODUCTS
- Delivery of products with a total value over € 50 (97,79 лв) is at the expense of miamantehair.com
- The delivery price for orders under € 50 (97,79 лв) is € 3.49 (6.83 лв)., regardless of the number of products ordered. Standard express next-working-day delivery service is used.
- Requirements for deliveries at a fixed time are charged at € 1.20 (2.35 лв.) for parcels up to 5 kg. The fixed time is interpreted as +/- 15 minutes. The earliest possible fixed time is 10:00, the latest time is 16:30
- Deliveries are made only within the territory of Bulgaria and only after confirmation by the customer. A representative of the miamantehair.com online store contacts the customer by phone to confirm the order and to arrange the day and time of delivery during working hours.
- Delivery to an address is carried out by courier from Monday to Friday between 9:00 and 17:00 (Saturday until 14:00). Deliveries are not made on Sundays and official holidays.
- The delivery time is from 1 (one) to 3 (three) working days from the date the delivery is dispatched. A temporary delay in the dispatch of parcels of between 5 and 7 working days is possible. MI AMANTE Ltd. is not responsible for a delayed parcel caused by the courier company.
- Orders placed after 16:00 on working days are processed on the next working day. All orders placed on Saturday and Sunday are processed on Monday.
- The customer is obliged to check whether the contents of the parcel correspond to the order before paying the price. By paying the price of the order and delivery and by signing the delivery documents, the customer gives consent to the type and contents of the delivery.
- The order is received only by the person who placed the order
- If the goods are not delivered for various reasons during courier delivery, the courier is obliged to visit the location a second time within the working day or on the next working day. The repeat visit is carried out after phone contact has been established between the courier and the person who ordered the goods. The repeat visit is not charged to the customer.
- In the event of a prepayment made and the customer's refusal to receive the order within 7 days, the value of the products is refunded in the manner indicated by the customer, with the payment costs being at the customer's expense.
- Due to failure to observe a delivery day and time set by the customer, or in the event that the customer refuses to receive the parcel while payment has been made in advance, MI AMANTE Ltd. undertakes to refund the value of the products, reduced by the paid delivery fee.
- The customer has the right to cancel an order at any time.
- In the case of an incorrect or missing product, the product requested by the customer is dispatched on the same or the next working day. An incorrect product is replaced at the expense of MI AMANTE Ltd. In the case of an incorrect or missing product, the customer does not pay an additional delivery fee.
- During certain promotions, the customer may receive free delivery also for orders with a value of less than € 50 (97,79 лв)
- You can return a purchased product within 14 days from the date of purchase, with the enclosed receipt. The condition for return is that the product has not been used, is in undamaged packaging and has the labels of the manufacturer and importer. Transport costs are at the customer's expense. The money is refunded within 3 working days from the date the product is received back by us.
